Woman killed in Flint shooting
FLINT, Mich. (WNEM) – A woman is dead after a shooting in Flint on Sunday. It happened about 2 p.m. in the 2000 block of S. Dort Highway on Sunday, July 21. Upon arriving at the scene, Flint police officers found a woman with a deadly gunshot wound and another victim with non-life-threatening injuries, Flint Police Det. Tyrone Booth said. The other victim was taken to an area hospital.

Abdul “Duke” Fakir, the last surviving original member of the legendary Motown group the Four Tops, has died after retiring from the group earlier this month. He was 88. DETROIT – Police are looking for a 14-year-old girl who has gone missing from Detroit’s west side. According to authorities, LaNiyah Davis Morris was last seen Sunday, July 21, at a home on Huntington Road, just north of Clarita Avenue. Police said she left the home at some point after 2 p.m. and has failed to return.
