Second victim in New Boston shooting succumbs to injuries; another murder charge pending against suspect
NEW BOSTON, Texas (KSLA) - The second victim of an East Texas shooting is now dead less than two weeks after sustaining life-threatening injuries. On Saturday, July 6, two people were shot in the 300 block of North Lindsey Street in New Boston around 5:42 p.m. Both suffered multiple gunshots wounds. One victim died at the scene. The other victim, later identified as 19-year-old Nicholas Webster, was taken to an area hospital.

The job posting is for a seasonal wildlife technician, based in the agency's Lafayette Alligator Management Program. From mid-March to October, the position will entail travel throughout the state, measuring, tagging and sacking captive-raised juvenile alligators for release to the wild.
