Man charged with threatening Rice Lake police
An Oshkosh man with a history of disorderly conduct in a number of Wisconsin counties is accused of threatening Rice Lake police officers who responded to incidents of alleged harassment in a city park. Jason T. Stamper, 51, was charged on Wednesday in Barron County Circuit Court with felony threatening a law enforcement officer.
