Wonder how the parents will get there kid out of this and where they when this was going on. They should have to pay back all the costs to bring there child under there care to Justice and not the tax payers again paying for these left go kids!

Holy hell people. The boy is 15. And you don’t know the whole backstory, and contributing factors that may have brought this on. How about you people actually wait for all facts to come about before jumping to a conclusion about a 15 year old. You people mention lack of discipline, yet show none within yourselves.
