if the Federal Govt is no longer housing Federal inmates at the Dauphin County Prison the statement about a short fall is misleading. The cost is no longer being incurred by the local county prison also one can assume the Feds are overpaying if this is being viewed as a profit motive.

That’s because they give out Psych meds like it’s candy. Doesn’t matter if you need them or not everyone gets a pill 💊 oh and when it’s the weekend, inmates crush up the pills snort them and have a party. You get some drugs and you get some drugs and we’re just going to keep you addicted so when you get out it’s no problem you’re still addicted with no means to the end. I say tear the prison down and start over. And stop the juvenile to prison pipeline and what do you know you solved the problem. Dauphin County is corruption at its finest.
