My recent visit to Sakura Japanese Restaurant was a delightful experience. This place is not just a beverage shop with a plethora of choices, but they also serve a unique dessert - fried ice cream! The restaurant is always clean, comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making it a perfect spot for family outings.
The bento box and hibachi combos are a must-try, and don't forget to share a couple of sushi rolls. The Crunchy Salmon Special Roll and Eel Sushi were exceptional, delivered hot right to my doorstep. Another surprise hit was the Buffalo Roll, with Angus beef and spicy crab flavors stacking beautifully, enhanced by a hint of Worcestershire sauce.
However, the tempura in the Pink Lady and Spider rolls lacked the distinct crunch, and the Yellowtail Cilantro appetizer could use less avocado to balance the flavors. Despite these minor hiccups, the overall food experience was excellent. The staff strikes a good balance of being attentive without being intrusive. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit to try more of their sushi and non-sushi meals. Stay tuned!
