Have You Experienced the Charm of Cucina Vitale?

Stepping into Cucina Vitale, I was immediately struck by the picture-perfect shop front, a great spot for those Instagram-worthy shots. The atmosphere inside was buzzing, a testament to its popularity. It was a busy night, and the place was filled with a diverse crowd, including a group of older Italian gentlemen in sports coats, a sight that promised authentic Italian cuisine.

The food was a mixed bag. The beans 'n greens took me back to my Great Grandma's kitchen, a delightful nod to the Puglia region. The Caesar salad was fresh and delicious, with a subtle hint of anchovy that I absolutely loved. The chicken marsala was a treat, and the almond torte was light and airy, perfectly balanced with butter cream. The seafood linguine and Milanese veal with lump crab were generous in portion and a delight for a crab meat lover like me.

However, not all dishes hit the mark. The pasta was a bit overcooked and under seasoned, and the sauces could use a bit more flavor. The tiramisu, though delicious, was a tad small. The environment was a bit cramped and loud, and the service could have been better. Despite these, Cucina Vitale still holds a charm that would make me want to come back for more.
