My recent visit to the Reading Pagoda was an experience to remember. This spot is not just a great place for watching the sunset, but it's also a popular hangout for Spanish-speaking bikers. The history of the place is fascinating, and even though the office was closed during my visit, I could still walk around and soak in the beautiful views. I heard that The Last Airbender was filmed here, which has apparently made it a popular spot for a variety of people, including street racers and photographers.

Driving up to the Pagoda at night is a sight to behold, with the building beautifully lit up against the night sky. It's a perfect spot for taking pictures or just to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Although I've only been inside the actual Pagoda once, the view from the outside is more than enough to keep me coming back. The unique architecture and picturesque views are a delight for any visitor. While there's not much to do here apart from taking good pictures, it's definitely a place to experience if you've never been. Just remember, it's all about the stunning architecture and the cool skies at sunset.

While I was growing up you could enter and walk up the stairs to the top floor. There was a gift shop and snack shop in those days. Even a Public, nicely kept Rest Room for visitors. A real shame that people no longer have these options. We used to park at Penndora Park or Egomen's and hike the rest of the way up. FAMILY OUTINGS they were called. **so glad I grew up in a much nicer time here in Reading**😔
