My visit to Copperhead Grille Allentown was a delightful experience. The restaurant offers modern Korean cuisine and I must say, I haven't come across any disappointing dishes. The atmosphere is lively with sports games projected on the wall and outdoor seating featuring live acoustic music. They also offer seasonal specials, like a pumpkin spice latte martini for fall!

The food was wonderful. I tried the coconut shrimp, fried jumbo shrimp with a spicy sauce and pineapples, and it was so flavorful that I could have eaten a few plates of those. The chicken and cheese quesadilla was well grilled with juicy chicken and real melted cheddar cheese. The black bean burger with sweet potato fries was well seasoned and had a great topping blend. They also have a cheeseburger with a side of apple crisps. For dessert, I had the apple crisp sundae. They don't have non-dairy ice cream options, but they do offer a sorbet as a substitute.

However, it's worth noting that not all experiences were as positive. Some visitors mentioned issues with undercooked steak and slow service. Others were not satisfied with their drinks and found the wait time for food to be longer than expected. Despite these, the restaurant handled allergens professionally and with ease.
