This is My Honest Review of Waffallonia - A Waffle Lover's Paradise

During my visit to Waffallonia, I was greeted with friendly and quick service. The waffles here are the star of the show, served warm and light, making it a perfect quick snack. The options might seem limited, but trust me, each topping is just a delightful addition to the already delicious waffle. I ordered a waffle with a topping of my choice, paired it with vanilla ice cream and berries, and found it not too sweet, just right for my palate.

Waffallonia is a haven for waffle enthusiasts. The waffles boast a crisp exterior and a fluffy interior, each bite offering a delightful combination of textures. The toppings and fillings, ranging from classic choices like chocolate and berries to adventurous options like caramel or speculoos, complement the waffle base beautifully. However, if you're not a fan of overly sweet treats, you might want to keep this in mind when ordering.

The place itself is a tiny, hole-in-the-wall restaurant with an absolutely amazing menu. The waffles are cooked to perfection, and their pairings of toppings are delicious. I tried the Charleroi, a perfectly golden-brown Belgian waffle topped with Nutella, banana, and strawberries. It was such a simple dish, yet so well-crafted. The decor inside Waffallonia is also delightful, with a map of Belgium along the back wall and simple, yet functional and attractive furniture. The service was delightful and quick. If you're a waffle lover like me, Waffallonia is a must-visit!
