Stepping into Soju, I was immediately taken by the beautiful ambiance. The modern twist on Korean cuisine was a delightful surprise, with the Killer Tofu and Kalbi stealing the show. But the real star of the evening was the homemade soju, a smooth, immaculate alcohol that was simply next level.
The food was nothing short of excellent. The fried oyster mushrooms and bi bim bap were standouts, each dish prepared to perfection. The Korean BBQ combination plate, Korean fries, and pineapple salmon were all mouthwateringly delicious. The shareable plates made it a great spot for small groups, and the service was top-notch, making us feel like royalty.
But what kept me coming back was the soju. The selection was much larger than other Korean spots, and each sip was smoother than the last. I can't wait to return to Soju, a place that feels like family, serves food that tastes like heaven, and offers drinks that are simply divine.
