I recently had the pleasure of visiting Green Eggs Cafe, a delightful spot that I stumbled upon during my travels. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a relaxed atmosphere, despite the bustling crowd. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure my experience was nothing short of perfect.
I decided to try their carrot cake French toast and chicken waffle, both of which were absolutely delicious. The French toast, in particular, was a standout. It was as good as it sounds, with the presentation being as impressive as the taste. It was plated so beautifully, it could easily be used as a marketing shot. I also tried their cookie dough stuffed French toast, which was every bit as delightful.
The cafe also offers a variety of other dishes that are equally as tantalizing. The smoked salmon bagel, for instance, was excellent, albeit a bit messy to eat due to its deconstructed presentation. The vanilla latte was wonderful, and the strawberry French toast was perfect to share. Despite the generous portion sizes, the food was not sickeningly sweet, but rather a perfect balance of flavors.
If you're ever in the area and have a craving for some delicious and beautifully presented breakfast dishes, I highly recommend Green Eggs Cafe. Just remember, it's a cash-only spot, so come prepared!
