This is My Honest Review of Dim Sum Garden: A Shanghai-Style Culinary Gem

My latest culinary adventure took me to the heart of Philadelphia's bustling food scene, where I discovered a Shanghai-style haven known as Dim Sum Garden. This spot has quickly become my go-to for a dim sum fix, with a menu that boasts an array of dishes that are as authentic as they are delicious.

The soup dumplings here are the stars of the show; each one is a delicate parcel of flavor, ready to burst with savory goodness at the slightest nibble. The General Tso's chicken also left a memorable impression with its perfectly balanced sauce and crispy, light batter. While the sticky rice shumai didn't quite hit the mark for me, the stir-fried pea shoots were a refreshing counterpoint, tender and flavorful.

Navigating the cozy dining space can be a bit of a challenge, especially during peak hours, but it's a small price to pay for the quality of the dumplings on offer.
