Three of the most budget-friendly airlines in the U.S. generated the highest rate of passenger complaints, an analysis from the U.S. Public Interest Research Group (PIRG) finds.Researchers at PIRG examined airline passenger complaint data released by the U.S. Department of Transportation last Friday to tally how many grievances submitted to the federal government last year were directed toward each major airline.
