Enchanting Children's Art Workshop: Unleash Your Creativity with Mythical Creatures

Attention young artists and lovers of the fantastical! The HIVE artspace is thrilled to host a magical morning where imagination reigns supreme. On May 18, children aged 6 to 10 are cordially invited to the Children's Art Workshop: Mythical Creatures, a creative realm where unicorns prance, mermaids splash, and dragons soar.

Under the guidance of Kate from Kate Rush Art, participants will have the opportunity to bring their favorite mythical creatures to life using a variety of art materials. The workshop is not only an art session but also a journey into the world of myths and legends. The young artists will find inspiration from the Mythical art exhibit nestled within the Dark Parlour, as well as engaging stories and discussions that will spark their creativity throughout the event.

The workshop, priced at $30 per child, promises an inclusive experience with all materials provided. Parents are advised to equip their little ones with a smock or an old t-shirt to protect their clothing, though aprons are available upon request.

Please note that the event begins with drop-off at 9:15 AM at the Dark Parlour, located at the HIVE artspace, 126 E King St, York, PA. Pick-up will be promptly at 11 AM. To ensure a spot for your child, tickets can be secured via Eventbrite, but hurry, as spaces are limited.

For convenience, free parking is available throughout the Royal Square District, including the large lot at the corner of South Queen Street and East King Street.
