i better not see that on my bill. i live where there isnt a direct path for the rain water to go around the corner and down the street the the city drainage. also the city had a sidewalk put in in front of my house which completely impedes the rain water going around the corner and down the street. So because of the citys inept ability to give houses proper drainage, I get to deal with my yard flooding everytime it rains. Thankfully my house is pier and beam so the house doesnt flood. Im serious, they dont need to be charging me for something I cant use because of them.
