Being Honest - Where did you get your bad attitude from? Good companies provide their employees help in abstaining from drugs and/or alcohol. You might want to work on your attitude. People have gone on to sucessfully abstain from alcohol and/or drugs so don't be such a downer. These people need to be praised not treated like they're going to re-lapse
