My now 20 yr old daughter walked out of the house before she was 2. She was asleep in the living room, I went to the bathroom. When I came back she was gone. She walked from our 3rd floor apartment, down the steps and to the neighbors yard (they had a little playset). That's where I found her with her blankey and her lovey. Just playing like it was nothing. We were lucky that we lived on a back alleyway and not a main road. Some of yall perfect parents need to realize that these things aren't always because of neglect. This is a tragedy and I feel for the parents and the driver
