Over Easy to Open 16th Location in Peoria at Lake Pleasant Parkway

Local breakfast restaurant Over Easy announces the opening of its newest location in Peoria located at 25738 N Lake Pleasant Pkwy. The new restaurant will open its doors later this month and host its special Welcome Weekend on Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Over Easy’s Welcome Weekend is a grand opening celebration for all ages that will include giveaways, menu tastings, face painting for the kids and more. In celebration of the newest location opening, Over Easy is offering a Kids Eat Free promotion on Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23. Valid for dine-in at the Peoria Lake Pleasant Pkwy location only, kids can eat free with the purchase of an adult entree. Guests can also enjoy penny mimosas with the purchase of an entree. (Limit one per guest. Restrictions may apply.)

“We are thrilled to be opening our 16th Over Easy, marking our third presence in the West Valley,” says Brian Terpay, COO of Over Easy, who resides in the West Valley in a statement. “We are excited to become part of this vibrant neighborhood and welcome both new and familiar faces to the Over Easy family.”

The new restaurant features a main dining room, bar and patio to accommodate guests seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch. The local breakfast concept will be serving menu favorites including Banana Nut French Toast, Golden Waffle Dogs, Chilaquiles, the Monte Cristo and a variety of fresh salads and sandwiches among other popular dishes.

Each Over Easy is known for its modern diner vibe decor features that include a custom neon wall. The aesthetic décor and great customer service have led to features on the Food Network, including “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives;” in Bon Appétit Magazine as well as recognition as one of America’s best breakfast and brunch restaurants by Travel + Leisure.

Fresh off the heels of the recent openings in Tempe and Queen Creek earlier this spring, Over Easy is also set to make its debut in Goodyear later this year. They are hiring for dozens of positions including back-of-house and front-of-house opportunities.
