National coffee juggernaut Starbucks Coffee Co. continues to open new locations throughout Phoenix, with at least two sites coming to Peoria , including a site at 8904 N 107th Ave.

The company recently submitted a pre-application with the city to open a brand new location on the corner of 107th & Olive S , on the hard corner behind the CVS in the Peoria Marketplace shopping center, according to project details. Bowman Design Group is the applicant for the project. The company also recently submitted separate documentation for a new commercial tenant at an unknown location featuring a drive-thru. PHNX DESIGN, LLC is the applicant.

While fans of the brand will have to wait to see if these locations come to fruition, they’re encouraged to visit one of the many other Starbucks throughout Phoenix to try out the company’s new summer menu and merchandise. Beginning Tuesday, June 25, the new handcrafted Iced Energy Beverages, nondairy creamer and cold foam and Caramel Vanilla Swirl Iced Coffee, along with the new Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich and Blueberry Streusel Muffin will be available at U.S. Starbucks stores, all which will be available year-round. The company also recently launched a brand-new lineup of seasonal drinkware.

“Starbucks is keeping cool with a brand-new lineup of seasonal drinkware in patterns that pop, including dazzling cold cups, an exclusive lime green Starbucks x Stanley Quencher, and more,” according to the company’s announcement . “Starbucks is also introducing the latest collection as part of its Artist Collaboration Series, in partnership with artist Ananya Rao-Middleton. Vivid, vibrant, and explorative, Ananya uses her artwork as a tool to share her experiences as a woman of color living with multiple sclerosis and as a traumatic brain injury survivor.”
