Curley "Boo" Johnson is coming to TV.

The former Harlem Globetrotter and Peoria High grad will be featured in “Uninterrupted: The Real Stories of Basketball”, airing Tuesday, July 2 at 8 p.m. on VICE TV. The LeBron James-produced episode interviews former Globetrotters for a "deep dive into their legacy and roots."

Johnson is promptly featured in the trailer across several social media platforms.

"When I joined the team," Johnson said during the preview, "I tried to learn the history of it. It was important to me. To pay homage to the guys that came before me.

"I was basically standing on the shoulders of giants."

CBJ will be hosting his annual Skills for Life Basketball Camp from Aug. 5-9 for boys and girls players ages 9-14 years old. Registration remains open with a cost of $190 per camper.
