These two Peoria-area coffee shops will soon have new hours

The central Illinois coffee business – which operates locations in Washington and Eureka – shared the news in a July 2 Facebook post. Both shops’ updated hours will be from 6:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

In its post, Faire Coffee wrote that it was working to balance its desire “to be a light in the community and a space for people to gather” with the business’s needs.

“all that so say, I’ve been wrestling this decision for about 5 months now,” the Facebook post stated. Ultimately, the business wrote, “We will make a compromise between facts and dreams.”

The establishment thanked the community for its “continued support as we keep learning and growing to take care of our family, team, business & customers the best that we can.”
