    Warehouse District restaurant receives liquor license

    You can choose to have a chicken sandwich and a beer at Peoria's newest dining addition to the Warehouse District.

    Pop-Up Chicken Shop was unanimously approved a liquor license Tuesday by the Peoria City Council . The Bloomington-based restaurant opened at 800 SW Adams Street in Peoria in June.

    The eatery is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends.
