    Your Name:
    Dr. David and Sheryl Iszler

    Age:
    56 and 50

    Business Name:
    Trinity Chiropractic, 18275 N. 59th Ave Ste M-178, Glendale

    What I do:
Trinity Chiropractic offers corrective chiropractic care, aiming to correct the underlying causes of our patients’ conditions rather than merely trying to cover their symptoms. We also offer spinal and postural rehabilitation to optimize their healing and long-term results. Spinal decompression is used to treat disc problems that result in back or neck pain, sciatica, and other problems. We use deep tissue laser therapy to promote circulation, decrease inflammation, and speed the healing process on a cellular level. SoftWave Tissue Regenerative Technology is used for treating acute or chronic joint or muscle injuries. It increases circulation, decreases inflammation, increases tissue elasticity and joint mobility. It also activates your body’s resident stem cells to migrate to promote tissue repair in the area being treated. This technology is also used by Mayo Clinic, Harvard University and many professional sports teams including the Arizona Diamondbacks.

In addition to chiropractic services, Trinity offer research-based, proven, state-of-the-art neuropathy treatment. This treatment works on the underlying metabolic and circulatory problems in peripheral neuropathy as well as promoting healing of the nerves.

    Hours of operation:
    Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9 a.m.-1 p.m., and 2:30-7 p.m. Tuesdays 2:30-7 p.m.

    Personal background highlights:
Dr. Iszler was born and raised on a farm in North Dakota. Prior to beginning his studies at Palmer Chiropractic University, he had work experience as a soldier, mechanic, and oilfield worker.

Sheryl was raised in Casper, Wyoming. She earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Wyoming. She was a school social worker for many years before going to work with her husband in their chiropractic practice in Casper. Sheryl was on the board of directors and served as president of the Meals on Wheels Foundation in Casper. They both enjoy being involved in and supporting local charities.

    Professional background highlights:
Dr. Iszler graduated with highest honors from Palmer Chiropractic University in 1994. He moved to Casper, Wyoming where he began his professional career. In 1995, he purchased the practice in which he had been working. In 2017, he and Sheryl decided to move to Arizona to begin a new practice. Their practice sold in 2018, and they made the move and began working to open their new practice in Glendale. On March 7, 2019, Trinity Chiropractic opened its doors to serve the people of Glendale and surrounding communities. In 2022, Dr. Iszler became board certified in neuropathy as he saw the increasing need to help people suffering from this debilitating condition.

Sheryl Iszler graduated with honors with her master’s degree in social work in 2002 from the University of Wyoming. She worked as a school social worker with the Natrona County School district for many years working with children with developmental and behavioral disabilities. She and her husband had dreamed of working together at the practice in Wyoming. Dr. Dave and Sheryl opened a weight loss clinic, Ideal You Weight Loss and Wellness in 2010 within the chiropractic practice and grew to be the largest weight loss clinic in the state of Wyoming. She became a certified neuropathy case manager in 2022 and began serving their patients with peripheral neuropathy.

The Iszler’s mission is to provide drug free, non-surgical healing to help the community feel better, heal better and live better!

Changes I’d like to see in this area:
With the current economic conditions, many single mothers and their children are struggling. Local charities that serve this population are often maxed out on their resources and ability to help. It would be wonderful to have more social and emotional support to serve this population.

    \What am I promoting:
We are often able to provide healing using state-of-the-art technology that can help people avoid drugs or surgery. Drugs have negative side effects and surgery can have complications as well as negative outcomes. We always encourage people to try conservative care first. We use FDA cleared, research-based equipment that is also used by leading research hospitals, professional sports teams and Olympic athletes.

What I’m excited about and why:
We are very excited about the changes we have been able to make in our patients’ lives. We get to see miracles every day by helping people get back to doing the things that they love to do whether it be getting back to playing pickleball, hiking, walking their dog or playing with their grandchildren.

    Favorite community cause and why:
Homeless Engagement Lift Partnership (H.E.L.P), which provides food for children to take home over the weekends as well as school supplies, backpacks and other resources.

When and why I started my business/employment here:
Trinity Chiropractic opened its doors on March 7, 2019.

We had been vacationing here for several years and absolutely fell in love with the Valley of The Sun! When we had the opportunity to sell our practice in Wyoming, we jumped on it and never looked back. It was terrifying to move and start from scratch, but no growth happens in your comfort zone. Right?

    My family:
We have three daughters and one granddaughter. One of our daughters, Taylor O’Hara, works in our office as a certified neuropathy case manager. We enjoy working together as a family and couldn’t imagine it any other way.

    My interests & hobbies:
We love to travel, go on mystery date nights, cook, enjoy time with friends and hike.

    My guiding philosophy:
    1. No growth happens in your comfort zone.
    2. If it excites you and terrifies you at the same time, it must be a good thing!

    My advice to today’s youth:
Relationships will be the foundation of your life. They are what encourages you, pushes you, and gets you through the hard times in life. Your most valuable memories will involve those you love and care about. Work hard to begin, nurture, and develop those relationships in person rather than focusing on social media.
