Earning a spot as one of the 13 Semi-Finalists at the Miss Texas’ Teen 2024 was Miss Freestone County’s Teen 2022 and Miss Burleson’s Teen, Kenady Morris of Teague. In addition to making it to the Semi-Finals, Kenady earned several scholarships during the week-long event. Those include The Change Maker Scholarship, The What Love Can Do Scholarship, and The Live Like Katie Joe Vaughn Scholarship; each in the amount of $250.

, Nine area girls competed in the Miss Texas Teen competition this past week, June 23-29, at the Eisemann Performance Center in Richardson and brought back multiple honors.
