A Perry County man died Wednesday when his car was involved in a crash with a tanker truck on Routes 11/15, authorities said. Richard Caldwell, 71, of Duncannon, was killed in a crash around 11:30 a.m. on a stretch of highway between Marysville and Duncannon, according to the Perry County Coroner’s Office and PennDOT.
