Judge fights litter

Perry County Municipal Court Judge Drew Cannon stands beside his Adopt-A-Highway sign. The court’s community service program recently completed four pickups for Judge Cannon’s Adopt-A-Highway. The judge would like to remind everyone not to litter on Ohio roadways.
