    Perrysburg native Jim Leyland will be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame on Sunday.

    There might be no other place in sports where numbers matter as much as they do in Cooperstown.

    So here are 13 numbers you might not know about his career.

    0: The number of times he was fired in 22 years of managing in MLB. He walked away from all four of his teams.

    10: Leyland is one of 10 managers in MLB history to manage a team to a pennant in both leagues.

    .524: His winning percentage (44-40) in eight career postseason appearances

    2: Leyland is one of two managers who have led two teams to the World Series in the first year on the job. The other is Bucky Harris (1924 Senators, 1947 Yankees).

    .540: Leyland’s winning percentage with the Tigers, the best of his four teams (.496 Pirates, .451 Marlins, .444 Rockies).

    7: Leyland is one of seven managers in MLB history with at least 1,700 wins and at least 40 playoff victories.
