Annual Marinette Co. Trout Unlimited banquet takes place Monday

MARINETTE — The 40th annual fundraising conservation banquet for the Marinette County chapter of Trout Unlimited will take place April 22 at Embers 1871 in Peshtigo.

Dinner tickets cost $40 and are available at River Pub, Brown’s Corner, the Office, Crivitz Pharmacy, ValuCare Pharmacy and Andy’s Ace Hardware; or members of Trout Unlimited.

Doors open at 5 p.m. with dinner served at 7 p.m.

All proceeds raised at the event will be used to fund coldwater trout stream projects throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

Several one-of-a-kind art pieces will be auctioned. Raffle tickets will be available for a chance to items including a custom-made spinning rod. A silent auction and several other raffles will take place throughout the evening.
