Several officersfired shots during an encounter with an armed man who may have been experiencing a mental health crisis onSaturday morning.The incident occurred around 10:00a.m. in the area of 7 Mile and Southfield.Police encountered the man at the park and noticed he had a gun. While they were speaking with him, he refused to show his hands.The man eventually pulled out the pistol and fired a shot. Officers then fired shots back. The suspect then fled on foot.After a short chase, he was
