FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) - Filing for municipal candidacy opened for residents in the Fairbanks North Star Borough on Monday, July 15. The upcoming election on Oct. 1, includes Borough Mayor as well as seats A, F and G in the borough assembly.
