BUCKLAND, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Buckland select board voted to declare a Local State of Emergency for Avery Road. The road and culverts were comprised by heavy rainfall on July 5th of this year and since then, the road has been closed to thru traffic, impacting 25 homes.
