Bank of America, Merrill, and Bank of America Private Bank cardholders can receive FREE general admission to the Frist Art Museum this Saturday, July 6, and Sunday, July 7th. The free admission includes the Frist’s latest exhibit, Lee Alexander McQueen and Ann Ray: Rendez-Vous, which features the exquisite craftsmanship of fashion designer Lee Alexander McQueen and introduces French photographer Ann Ray. The temporary exhibit will close on August 25, 2024. Present your Bank of America, Merrill or Bank of America Private Bank credit or debit card along with a photo ID to gain free general admission to any participating institution during the first full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) of each month. East Nashville's Rainbow Crosswalk Vandalized Days After Installation, Community and Officials Respond with Support

A recent act of vandalism targeting a rainbow crosswalk in East Nashville, which was installed as a testament to LGBTQ pride at the end of Pride Month, was caught on video and has since garnered city-wide attention. WSMV released surveillance footage showing a white Ford van driven by a man who poured black paint onto the crosswalk at South 14th and Woodland Streets on Tuesday at 12:25 p.m., an action actively being investigated by the Metro Nashville Police Department's East Precinct Investigations Unit.

Vanderbilt Volleyball Adds Two More Transfers
Vanderbilt volleyball head coach Anders Nelson announced the addition of Elli Kinney and Jackie Moore to its roster Thursday. Kinney, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, spent her freshman year at the College of Charleston before transferring to Vandy. A 5-foot-8 libero, she appeared in all 19 matches of her debut season, making four starts as a defensive specialist. During nonconference play, Kinney recorded double digit digs in seven of eight matches, spending much of that time as the starting libero. She ended her freshman season with the Cougars ranked second on the team in digs (211), digs per set (3.6) and service aces (15).
