Audacy NFL insider Brian Baldinger, who is close with Eagles' All-Pro left tackle Lane Johnson, spoke about Johnson's future in the NFL.

"He hears everything," Baldinger told Spike Eskin and Jack Fritz on Wednesday's 94WIP Afternoon Show when asked about Johnson.

"I think as long as he's playing at or near the level that he's been at and if he's reasonably healthy, I could see him playing four more years for sure, or five. He knows other guys that have played a long time, the Bruce Matthews and Jackie Slater. He's really tuned into the history of the game. He'd like to be thought about, one day, a Hall Of Famer and longevity and all that kind of stuff. It's not lost on him, but I don't think he's looking to walk off into the sunset after this year or anything like that."

Johnson, who turns 34 on May 8th, is entering his 12th NFL season and there is some speculation the Eagles could look to draft an offensive lineman in the first-round of tonight's NFL Draft to eventually replace Johnson at left-tackle in the near future.

Johnson is a two-time first-team All-Pro, two-time second-team All-Pro, five-time Pro Bowler, and a Super Bowl champion. Baldy says he still loves the game.

"He's into the whole thing though," Baldinger said of Johnson. "He's into the offseasons, he's always into training. He's staying on top of it. He likes being around the young guys. He's just got a really professional attitude about everything."
