Howie Roseman was active on night two of the 2024 NFL Draft, trading back multiple times in the third round before settling on Jalyx Hunt with the 94th-overall selection.

A product of Houston Christian University, Hunt was a two-year starter in college and racked up 13.5 sacks in his career.

The Eagles originally acquired a third-round pick in the trade that netted them Cooper DeJean earlier in the night. They then traded back with the Texans and 49ers.

The 2023 Southland Conference Defensive Player of the Year, Hunt started his college career at Cornell before transferring prior to the 2022 season.

The Eagles have now drafted three defensive players with their first three picks of the 2024 NFL Draft with Hunt and DeJean joining first-round pick Quinyon Mitchell in the fold.

Entering the final day of the draft, the Eagles still have seven picks to make, including three in the fourth round.
