If the Philadelphia Eagles could hand build their 2024 schedule, here is what I think the best possible outcome would be (with my prediction).

    Week 1 — Home/Brazil vs Packers (LOSS)
A tough game to start the season for a team with a new OC/DC. If they win this one it will be a very good sign.

    Week 2 — Home v Giants (WIN)
Eagles should want an easy opponent coming off Packers game in Brazil. This one should be on MNF after the trip to Brazil.

Week 3 — Away vs Buccaneers (LOSS)
Very winnable game, but Hurts has really struggled vs Tampa. We’ll find out if the blitzing issue has been fixed.

Week 4 — Away vs Commanders (WIN)
3 of the first 4 being away from the Linc isn’t ideal but can’t burn too many home games early on. Winnable road games are ideal.

Week 5 — Home vs Browns (WIN)
    DeShaun Watson isn’t very good

Week 6 — Away vs. Saints (WIN)
This is one the defense should be able to win for them

Week 7 — Away vs. Ravens (LOSS)
A trip to Baltimore is a very good early-season test of this team’s toughness

Week 8 — Home vs Jaguars (WIN)
Jaguars are tough to get a read on. No great place to put this game, but it does avoid 3-straight away games

    Week 9 — BYE WEEK

Week 10 — Away vs. Cowboys (LOSS)
The Eagles simply rarely win in Dallas

Week 11 — Home vs. Commanders (WIN)
A winnable game after what could be their annual beatdown in Dallas

Week 12 — Home vs Steelers (WIN)
The Steelers quarterback situation is a bit of a mess. Howie better hope this isn’t Justin Fields outplaying Hurts or Pickett

Week 13 — Away vs Rams (WIN)
The later in the season this game is the better the chance Stafford isn’t playing

Week 14 — Home vs Falcons (WIN)
Falcons should be competing for the division but getting them in the cold in Philly later in the season is ideal

Week 15 — Home vs Panthers (WIN)
The Panthers should be focusing on 2025 by this point

Week 16 — Away vs Bengals (LOSS)
The first of two tough games at the end of the season.

Week 17 — Home vs Cowboys (WIN)
Getting a huge divisional game this late in the season at home is a big risk, but also a potentially big advantage

Week 18 — Away vs Giants (WIN)
Just like last year the Eagles end the season with a winnable game

    Record: 12-5
