Long-time Philadelphia Phillie Rhys Hoskins makes his return Citizens Bank Park tonight as a member of the Milwaukee Brewers.

Hoskins, 31, spent seven years with the Phillies after being a fifth-round draft pick of the franchise in 2014 and working his way up through the minor league system.

"I've got a Rhys Hoskins jersey and I'll always be a huge fan in part because there was a point in time where he was the only person you could be a fan of," Jon Ritchie said on Monday's 94WIP Morning Show with Joe DeCamara. "I mean he was the only guy on our team who was kind of good, it was him and [Aaron] Nola.

"Rhys was my guy and I wore that jersey proudly and he represented this city in such a way, man. This is a solid human being. He is a stand up man and I've always admired the way he speaks, the way he carries himself, the way he represents his teammates and the way he always did that so willingly."

Hoskins, along with his wife Jayme, was a major part of the community in Philadelphia during his time in Philadelphia.

In his first season with the Brewers, Hoskins is slashing .239/.339/.465 with nine home runs and 27 RBI.
