Philadelphia police identify two suspects wanted in connection with shooting of 7 people in June

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police say they have identified two suspects they are looking for in connection with a mass shooting last month in the city’s Strawberry Mansion neighborhood .

Police say 23-year-old Khalif Duren and 20-year-old Amirah Square are wanted for attempted murder, aggravated assault and related gun offenses for the June 19 shooting on North Bambrey Street near West Somerset Street.

Seven people, ranging in age from 16 to 46, were injured in the shooting. A 19-year-old was critically wounded.

Duren was on probation in a negotiated deal with prosecutors for carrying a gun in public.
