PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Delaware County investigators are combing through surveillance video trying to figure out what happened to a 22-year-old Philadelphia man who was found dead in Upper Darby on Wednesday.

Authorities said Jamie Reed was found shot to death along State Road, near Sellers Park and the Upper Darby Township/Sellers Library, shortly after 2:30 a.m.

According to investigators, a group of six males got out of a silver or gray car and fired at him, striking him multiple times.

Detectives are combing through neighborhood surveillance video and speaking with anyone who was in the area at the time. Anyone who saw or heard anything in that area between 2 and 2:45 a.m. is asked to contact detectives at 610-734-7693.

They believe this was an “isolated incident involving individuals from Philadelphia.”
