It's never good to kick an opponent when they're down, but the Philadelphia Phillies broadcasters seem to make an exception for the Atlanta Braves.

Philadelphia beat Atlanta 8-6 on Friday night behind two home runs from Trea Turner. In the waning moments of the Apple TV broadcast of the game, Phillies radio broadcasters Kevin Stocker and Scott Franzke were caught on a hot mic mocking Braves public address announcer Kevin Kraus, who was attempting to lift the spirits of the home crowd.

Taking to the booming stadium PA, Kraus told the Braves fans to keep their heads up after the loss. "It’s not the outcome we hoped for but we had a good time right?" Kraus said.

That's when Stocker and Franzke could be heard making fun of Kraus on the Apple TV broadcast. "Yeah, whatever," Franzke quipped in response to Kraus. "It's so much fun losing! Yay," Stocker added dryly.

It was a moment that is sure to go viral and be heretofore referenced in the history of hilarious hot mic slip-ups.

Stocker and Franzke may be called upon at some point to answer for the mishap, but was it potentially worth it? After all, the Braves are bitter National League East rivals.

Sportsmanship aside, the Phillies' win gave them a 58-30 record and 10-game cushion on Atlanta heading into Saturday.

With Kyle Schwarber set for reactivation on Tuesday, Philadelphia could soon be giving their broadcast team even more to boast about.
