    24-year-old facing charges after turning self in for Center City triple shooting

    PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police say a 24-year-old is in custody after turning himself in Monday in connection with a shooting in Center City last month .

    Officials say it was around 11:30 p.m. on June 2 when an argument got out of hand and someone fired shots along 11th and Ludlow streets.

    A 42-year-old woman, listed in critical but stable condition, was shot in the pelvis and arm; a 53-year-old woman was struck in the leg; and a 22-year-old man was hit in the arm. They are in stable condition.

    Tahjir Williams now faces three counts of aggravated assault and related offenses.
