    Man turns himself into police after a deadly shooting in North Philadelphia

    A man has turned himself into police after a deadly shooting in North Philadelphia.

    Police recently announced that 67-year-old Jerome Edens turned himself in on Tuesday. He is facing murder charges, along with other weapons offenses.

    This is all in connection to a shooting near West Susquehanna Avenue and North Camac Street on July 9th.

    Philadelphia Police said the victim, a 48-year-old woman, was shot four times and taken to Temple Hospital, where she later died.
