Outdoor screening of cult classic 80s movie “Mannequin” in East Passyunk this Friday

The cult classic 80s movie Mannequin will be screening outdoors at Mifflin Triangle in East Passyunk on Friday, with a chance to “meet” the real mannequin from the movie.

On July 19th, East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District (EPABID) will be hosting the outdoor movie event from 7:00-10:00pm.

Set in the Wanamaker Building in Center City, Mannequin tells the story of a department store mannequin that comes to life for the person that dresses it, and mischief ensues.

Attendees will get the opportunity to take a selfie with the real mannequin “Emmy” from the movie. There will also be a 1980s dance party after the screening with tunes from the decade. For those who want even more nostalgia, stop by South Fellini before the event for a Mannequin sticker, pin, and Emmy the Mannequin Raglan shirt.

Don’t forget to BYOC though (bring your own chair)!
