When it’s possible to sit outside with great food and cocktails, the sensible thing to do is to enjoy it. After leaving the office, you deserve to find the perfect spot to take in the sun while sharing a round of discounted beers, wine, and small plates with friends during Happy Hour . Scroll through this guide to find the places where you can sip on everything from supersized fishbowls to classic cocktails, all for a steal.

La Chinesca
When: Sunday-Friday, 4-6pm
The Deal: $3-$8 Beers, $8 Wine, $7-$9 Cocktails, and $3-$7 Small Plates
La Chinesca in Spring Garden is where you can grab $3 tacos (the quesabiriria is our favorite) and drink $7 margaritas on a neon pink patio. It's the ideal place for a tequila-heavy catch up with friends. Or it works as a stop for piles of tacos before heading to Union Transfer on a summer night.

Barcelona Wine Bar
When: Monday-Friday, 4-6pm
The Deal: 50% Off All Bottles Of Sparkling Wine, $4-$7 Cocktails, And $6-$8 Small Plates
There are only a few places in the city where you can take your entire accounting department for a sunny Happy Hour, and Barcelona Wine Bar’s patio is one of them. Enjoy crispy chickpeas and montadito with serrano peppers and house made ricotta, a $4 sherry and brandy cocktail, and other discounted snacks while you try to avoid any conversations about meetings and deadlines for a few hours.

LMNO
When: Monday-Friday, 4-6pm
The Deal: $7-$8 Margaritas, $3-$8 Beers, $8 Wine, And $7-$10 Small Plates
LMNO works for most meals, but it’s actually financially responsible to head to the Fishtown spot from 4-6pm. That’s when you can get a strawberry margarita, refreshing aguachile verde, and grilled wings with smoked chile and honey butter, all for the price of a trip to the movies. It’s one of the livelier spots in the neighborhood, so come for the cheap tacos and stay for the blasting Miley Cyrus.

Graffiti Bar
When: Daily, 4-7pm
The Deal: $5 Beers, Wines, and Sakes, $9 Cocktails, $25 Scorpion Bowls, And $7 Small Plates
One of the most crowded Center City bars is hidden down an alley. During Happy Hour, the covered colorful patio is full of people drinking watermelon rum scorpion bowls and splitting plates of kung pao chicken wings and crab rangoon.
KERRY MCINTYRE
Condesa
When: Monday-Saturday, 5-7pm
The Deal: $6 Beers, $7 Wines, $8-$9 Cocktails, And $6 Small Plates
A meal inside Center City's Condesa feels like you’ve left Philly and walked into someone's party mansion in Tijuana. The massive front patio of the Mexican spot has the music blasting, and it's filled with dates and friends drinking cheaper-than-usual margaritas and sharing plates of chicken tinga tamales, elote, and beef empanadas with chipotle crema.
KERRY MCINTYRE 7.5
Harper’s Garden
When: Monday-Friday, 4-6pm
The Deal: $5 Beers, $5 House Wines, $5-7 Cocktails, And $3-20 Small Plates
The outdoor space at Harper’s Garden is the perfect place to sit in Center City, look out at flowers and nearby construction sites, and contemplate the fate of the world (or the Phillies). Their plant-covered deck is coveted, especially for Happy Hour when you can get smoky wings, a double-stacked burger topped with Cooper Sharp, and a martini, all for a discounted price.

La Llorona Cantina
When: Tuesday-Friday, 4-7pm
The Deal: $7 Margaritas and Sangrias, $5 Beers, $3.50 Tacos, And $6-$8 Small Plates
Since they have one of the bigger sidewalk setups on Passyunk Ave., you can do Happy Hour surrounded by more plants and margaritas than your trip to Cancun. There’s plenty of umbrellas and tables for big groups where you can enjoy wallet-friendly nachos, fried shrimp with smoked chipotle sauce, and chicken tinga tostada.
GAB BONGHI 7.5
Frankford Hall
When: Monday-Friday, 4-6pm, And Sunday, 8-10pm
The Deal: $6 Beers, $10-$12 Beer Flights, $7 Wines and Sangrias, And $4-$10 Small Bites
Happy Hour at Frankford Hall is an excellent way to sample some great German beers, bite into a Bavarian Cheesesteak, and beat your coworkers in Jenga. It’s one of the classic beer gardens in Fishtown, so it’s always packed when the temperature turns towards t-shirt weather.
Juno Mexican Grill
Juno
When: Tuesday-Thursday, 4-7pm
The Deal: $5 Beers, Wines, and Margaritas And $5 Small Plates
Juno in Spring Garden is that rare place with a large patio that manages to keep everything around $5. Head there for a margarita , carnitas tacos, and a chorizo empanada dripping with cilantro cream.

Cantina Los Caballitos
When: Monday-Friday, 3-6pm, And Sunday & Monday, 10pm-12am
The Deal: $2 Draft Beer, $6 Margaritas, $20 Margarita Pitchers, And $3-$5 Small Plates
Cantina Los Caballitos is a Passyunk Avenue classic, and has one of the largest patios in the neighborhood. This isn’t where you come to sample mezcal and discuss floral notes and hints of smoke. This is where you come to drink gigantic pitchers of margaritas, chow down on cheap, spicy hot dogs and tacos , and nod along as your friend complains about her ex.
