Sirianni says his relationship with Hurts is 'good,' excited for season No. 4

Nick Sirianni says his relationship with Jalen Hurts is good and he "does not put much stock" into the report about the report saying their relationship is a "work in progress."

“Jalen and I, relationship is good," Sirianni told the media today ahead of the starting of Eagles Training Camp practice. "When you hear a report like that you don’t put much stock into it…I am so excited for him and I to get into our fourth year together. I’m really excited for him.”

During the Eagles' OTAs, Hurts was asked about Sirianni being open minded to change bringing in a new offensive coordinator Kellen Moore and giving up control of the offense.

"Umm, it's a great question," Hurts replied. "I don't know that I know the answer to it."

The reporter followed up, asking Hurts what he has seen from Sirianni.

Umm, I think he's been great in the message he has been delivering to the team. Trying to be very intentional of what he is saying."

The quote became quite controversial and the Eagles' organization was reportedly upset with the way Hurts handled the question.
