Dolce Italian’s perfect summer sandwiches

Dolce Italian visited the PHL17 kitchen with some delicious summer sandwich options!

“We really want to lean into the seasonality of summer with all the great fruit, vegetables, local produce which is really part of the true Italian culture,” said Gerron Douglas, Executive Chef at Dolce Italian.

The restaurant recently launched a catering division. Offerings include a cheese and charcuterie spread, a summer tricolor salad and a prosciutto sandwich.

“Our amazing team at Dolce bakes fresh bread every day and we use that bread to make sandwiches,” said Douglas.
