Text your Town: Text PBURG to 91896 to Opt-In to the new Text System for Phillipsburg

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ – Report Issues and Find Answers right from your cell phone with the Town of Phillipsburg’s new service powered by TextMyGov .

“We put out a notice about our new texting service which is active and available to residents,” Business Administrator Matt Hall shared.

Now, residents can report issues and find answers by texting PBURG to 91896. By connecting via text, a resident can skip a phone call and instead report an issue quickly or find information on the go.

The smart texting technology evaluates the resident’s input and searches keywords to provide assistance anytime, day or night.

Common keywords include “report, contact, recreation, pool hours, tax bill, road issue, council, animal issue, lost and found pets, recycling, sewer issue, faq”.
