The former director of the Delaware County Department of Emergency Services is facing new sexual harassment and assault charges.

“The Philadelphia Inquirer” reports that Tim Boyce was fired in May, and was charged with indecent assault for allegedly groping his executive assistant.

The new charges are also groping allegations, from a second employee.

Boyce is also accused of making lewd remarks towards that employee.

His attorney said the allegations are unwitnessed and uncorroborated.
