FuboTV files a lawsuit against the new Venu Sports streaming service

A judge has blocked a new streaming deal emerging from Disney, Fox and Warner Brothers.

This joint service called Venu Sports was expected to launch later this month and would include content from networks like ESPN, ABC, TNT, and Fox.

However, FuboTV filed a lawsuit to block the service, claiming it violated anti-trust laws since the companies would now have less incentive to air their content on Fubo.

The judge ruled today that Fubo will likely be able to support their claims.
