Children who attend the free vaccine clinics will be able to receive:

    • Ages 4 to 6 DTap, polio, and MMR vaccines,
    • Ages 11 and 12 Tdap and meningococcal vaccines
    • Age 16 can receive meningococcal vaccines.

The vaccines will be administered on the following dates and locations:

    • August 21 at Pennsauken Middle School, 8201 Park Avenue, Pennsauken from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
    • August 24 at the Wiggins Center- Health First Care and Wellness Center, 400 Mt. Vernon Street, Camden from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

“With the back-to-school season just weeks away, it is important that we help families prepare to send their children into the classroom on the first day of school,” said Commissioner Virginia Betteridge, liaison to the Department of Health and Human Services.

“Being up to date on these vaccines are crucial and we refuse to let insurance be an obstacle to accessing necessary medical care here in Camden County.”
